everything was perfect, including accommodating staff and stunning location right in the center of the old city. appreciated central heating, multi-channel tv, and an electronic key card in the room. location: the hotel was just off jemaa el fna after 1 pm as well as africa-marrakesh. easily reached le foundouk, located at a short distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there. the services were perfect, offered us reliable free wi-fi. late check-out was useful.

Starting the day with a fantastic breakfast featuring yogurt and mixed fruit with great views is unbeatable, and the location is comfortably close to a Kutubiyya mosque.

The service was excellent, the food was good! Liked the way our a double room on the terrace level was arranged. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location, about 10 minutes' walk from the city center.

Nice hotel located very close to the Medina and the center. Wonderful and absolutely fantastic breakfast with a variety of options. - Lovely food, spotlessly clean, and huge room with a bath, a huge bed, and a very large bathroom. - Unbeatable amazing location, tucked away in an alley.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service with a smile. The location of this place is perfect, right in the center of the old city, making it very convenient for exploring and experiencing the local culture. The room amenities were excellent, with comfortable heating and air conditioning, a relaxing sitting area, and a lovely terrace and patio. The breakfast on the rooftop was a delightful start to the day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

I loved the hotel's location, very close to the main square and in the centre of the city, yet in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. I also enjoyed the diverse breakfast each morning, with fresh bread, omelets and pancakes, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Riad Carllian is my go-to spot in Marrakesh. No regrets! The staff helped me print on my first stay. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal pool. Heading back for Xmas!

We had an amazing time staying at this riad! the location was fantastic, tucked away in a peaceful alley in the very center of the old city. the dining area was absolutely beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere for our group of friends. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Clean and comfortable Riad Carllian hidden in a tucked away alley. Great location close to the main square. The staff - especially Sayeed - were extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast was lovely and catered to our needs. The hot tub and beautiful balcony provided a relaxing way to unwind.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were decorated beautifully and comfortably. , the rooftop view was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique Moroccan experience.

The Wi-Fi could have been stronger and there could have been more variety at breakfast. We were hoping for a warm selection, but it was still decent.
